At LJF LIMITED, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process under the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale)
- Intimate wear, bodysuits, swimwear, or undergarments for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 14-day window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and return address.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Please specify the replacement details in your return email.
- If the requested item is in stock, we’ll ship it once the original item is received.
- If unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue for faster resolution
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again
- Then contact your bank or card provider (processing may take time)

8. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong:
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping and customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable courier and clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import duties
