Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Items marked as Final Sale, intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
